Single Sessions

Best for first-timers or occasional tune-ups
Book as you go. Perfect if you want to try a session, target specific tightness, or come in when your body needs it most. Each session is customized to your goals — from full-body recovery to focused maintenance work. Proceed to “BOOK NOW”.

Packages

Best for flexible schedules and long-term commitment
Buy multiple sessions upfront and save. Packages give you the freedom to book anytime — once a week, once a month, or whenever you need a reset. Ideal for clients who want lasting results without a monthly subscription. Purchased session packages do not expire & sessions are booked directly through me.

  1. Packages are non-refundable but transferable to another person.

  2. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  3. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice.

Subscriptions

Best for consistency and results that last
Stay consistent and keep your body performing at its best. Monthly memberships include 2 or 4 sessions per month at a discounted rate, ensuring you maintain mobility, reduce pain, and never fall behind on recovery. Subscriptions include either 2 or 4 full-body stretch sessions per month depending on the plan selected. Sessions are booked directly through me.

  1. Sessions do not roll over into the next month. Unused sessions will expire at the end of each billing cycle unless communicated with me with good reason for rollovers (Ex: emergencies, planned vacation).

  2. Your subscription will auto-renew monthly using the payment method on file.

  3. To cancel, please provide at least 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.

  4. Cancellations made after the renewal date will apply to the following month’s cycle.

  5. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You will receive all sessions included in your current billing cycle.
    You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice to avoid being charged for the following month.

Transcend Stretch Therapy offers on-site assisted stretching and mobility sessions designed to help athletes warm up efficiently, stay primed between events, and recover faster post-performance.

I provide hands-on mobility and PNF-assisted stretching tailored to your sport, movement patterns, and body’s unique needs — ensuring you feel light, strong, and competition-ready.
